Built by American Marine during the early years of Grand Banks production, this 1969 example represents the highly desirable wood-hull era of the legendary 42 Classic. Her semi-displacement hull, substantial construction and twin-diesel configuration provide the comfortable, economical cruising characteristics for which Grand Banks became famous.


The Classic layout is particularly well suited to extended cruising or comfortable liveaboard use, offering two private staterooms, two heads, a spacious salon, lower helm, full galley and expansive flybridge. Wide protected side decks and substantial bulwarks make moving around the vessel easy and secure.
